LETS GET READY TO RUMBLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

DIARY OF A BROKEN HEAR-TED WOMAN...

Who has not gone through it before? Yes...a broken heart...Unless you tell you have never loved...or experienced being loved...How long will it be before I can get through my daily routine without feeling the wave of pain sweep over me, without sensing that knot in the pit of my stomach, without dwelling on what went wrong?

Is there a point in asking yourself what went wrong? why? so you can evaluate the situation, and plan for a better future? what the f*** for? I mean why would you prepare yourself for another broken heart..so I can know how to get over it...NO SUCH THING..

Yes, I am bitter..Yes, I am angry..Yes, I feel betrayed, Yes I feel used..A broken heart can cause such an intense reaction that many of us feel our lives have been completely stripped of meaning.

I don't enjoy work anymore...My friends are boring, and see, its even harder because I had abandoned them when I was with him..well not really abandoned..but you know what I mean, when you get into a routine with your partner, your friends sorta get out of the picture...

Have you been so broken hearted you felt like it was actual physical pain in your chest?

And Everybody keeps saying to me, don't worry sweetheart, you will be fine..." Time heals all wounds " over the years, same f***** B****** is what we have all heard ...don't they mean, in TIME YOU WILL FORGET HIM/HER???

Its too painful to get into what happened when...and so today, I shall end here...

p.s...I have cried me 15 rivers and everytime I ask myself, is it worth it..oh heck...TIME right...

Lets see how I feel tomorrow...thank you for giving me a chance to vent it out

POSTED FROM THE DIARY OF A BROKEN HEAR-TED WOMAN.

Is It Your Intuition Or Your Imagination?

FOR THE LADIES- men u can read on too..

As women, we have come to rely on our intuition to help steer us away from danger. We feel confident that what we perceive to be true is reality. Through our intuition, we are able to sniff out a lie. We know when something is “not right” or is out of sorts and it causes us to protect ourselves when we encounter negative situations. In short, we use our intuition to come to conclusions about what “is.”

We have become so comfortable with relying on our intuition that we often fail to see when it ceases to be a gift and instead becomes a curse. In relationships, we can get so caught up in the feeling that something is amiss, we lose sight of the purpose of our intuition and instead focus solely on the stories that we create; and these stories are often created as a result of past hurts. Sometimes, things are not as they appear and it is our misinterpretation of what we believe to be intuition that becomes the catalyst for negative thoughts, feelings and behaviors that can damage our relationships.

What would be possible if instead of reacting, we choose to take a step back and think about what it is that we really want? Is it to be reassured? Is it to avoid disappointment? When we act on what we think we “know” under the guise of following our intuition, we create tension that leads to breakdowns in communication. Instead of drawing our partners nearer to us, it drives them away. It creates the very thing that we are seeking to avoid.

We have all heard the saying, “the truth always come to light”, but when we hold so tightly to our beliefs about what is absolutely true based upon a story that we have conjured up, we can’t see the difference between protecting ourselves and causing unnecessary drama.

SCARFACE BACK???

It's been a little over a year since rapper Scarface quit retired from music and dropped his last album. But now, he has announced he is releasing an independent mixtape and is looking to get back into the game.

He explains that he never really left the craft, just the business and sees the opportunity to come back to the fold with his new stuff. He says:

"I love music, I eat, sleep and shit music. I always wanted to drop a mixtape on my own. So I just said, 'Let's drop an independent mixtape.' I feel that I should be an adult and musician and pioneer - that's what they call me. I feel that I need to move on to another stage with the way I deliver my music to the public. I got a lot of shit and I'm using about three per cent of what I know about music. I'm not using it all. I'm music. I can play that shit long enough for a real musician to catch it and feel me, where I'm going, and we make magic like that."

MMHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!1

LUDA COULD BE KNOCKING AT YOUR DOOR...

If you live in Dallas, D.C., New Orleans, Orlando or New York, you might get a little southern hospitality nudging you to fill out your 2010 census form.

Atlanta-based rapper Ludacris has signed up with the U.S. Census Bureau to encourage people to fill out this year’s forms to ensure the 2010 population count (especially the African-American numbers) is as close to accurate as possible.

“I look at our communities now and I see many empty lots, closed clinics, dilapidated schools and an overall breakdown of social services for the poor and elderly,” Luda says. “Today is a day for change.”

Now if only our local artists could actually participate in stuff like this...would have made a whole lotta difference..

VAN DE SAAR- SIMPLY THE BEST.....

Van de Saar, kamanda mwenyewe...

Him in action...

Van De Saar with his adorable Wife..

Van der Sar is married to Annemarie van Kesteren. The couple's wedding ceremony took place at the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam, on 20 May 2006.The couple have two children: a son, Joe, and a daughter, Lynn. J

Yeah, we deserved it...

Edwin van der Sar (born 29 October 1970) is a Dutch footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for English club Manchester United. He is the Netherlands national football team's most capped player of all time.

Van der Sar started his senior career with Ajax and remained there for nine years before moving to Italian club Juventus and then to England, first to Fulham and then to Manchester United. He is one of the few footballers to have won the UEFA Champions League with two different teams, having won it with Ajax in 1995 and Manchester United in 2008, the latter where he was named UEFA Man of the match; he also won the UEFA Cup with Ajax in 1992. Van der Sar was named Best European Goalkeeper in 1995 and 2009, spanning the fourteen-year period between his first and second Champions league victories.

Van der Sar moved to Manchester United on 10 June 2005[4] for a reported fee of £2 million, although the exact transfer fee was undisclosed.[5] Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson considered him the best goalkeeper to play for the club since Peter Schmeichel.

On 5 May 2007, his penalty save helped assure a 1–0 triumph over Manchester City in the Manchester derby. The following day, Chelsea's failure to beat Arsenal at the Emirates ensured Manchester United's ninth Premier League trophy and Van der Sar's first. He was also named to the 2006–07 PFA Team of the Year.[7] Three months later, he was a catalyst in Manchester United's 16th FA Community Shield victory, as he saved three consecutive penalties in a shootout after Manchester United and Chelsea played to a 1–1 draw at the end of regular time.[8]

The 2007–08 season was Van der Sar's best season since his arrival; he had several great performances despite a niggling groin injury. He would help United secure their second successive Premier League title on the final day and win the Champions League by saving the final penalty of the shoot-out from Nicolas Anelka.[9]

Van der Sar signed a one-year extension to his current contract with Manchester United on 12 December 2008, keeping him at the club until at least the end of the 2009–10 season.

On 27 January 2009, Van der Sar helped Manchester United set a new club and Premier League record for consecutive clean sheets – the club's 5–0 win over West Bromwich Albion meant that they had gone 11 games and 1,032 minutes without conceding a goal, beating the previous record of 10 matches and 1,025 minutes set by Petr Čech in the 2004–05 season. He then broke the overall English league record in the club's following game four days later, beating the previous record of 1,103 minutes, set by Steve Death of Reading in 1979.

Finally, on 18 February 2009, Van der Sar further extended the record to 1,302 minutes, and in doing so, he broke José María Buljubasich's single-season world record of 1,289 minutes, set in the Chilean Clausura in 2005.[13][14] His clean sheet record ended on 4 March, when he made an error allowing Peter Løvenkrands of Newcastle United to score after 9 minutes.

Van der Sar signed a one-year extension to his current contract with Manchester United on 26 February 2010, keeping him at the club until at least the end of the 2010–11 season.

Did you know that 400 million people around the world will end up having sex today?

Did you know that roughly 4,000 people are doing it right now?

Did you know that 30 percent of women over the age of 80 still engage in sexual activities?

Why? Because it’s beneficial to your health! If having and enjoying sex regularly can almost double human life expectancy, then we should all make it practice, right? Having regular orgasms has been scientifically proven to improve one’s overall mental and physical well being. But some of the scientific research that has been conducted and reviewed is phenomenal! Who knew sex fights some cancers or that semen prevents tooth decay? Here’s to changing our perspective on why we really have sex! Take a look at why sex is good for your health!

Strengthens Immunity - regular sexual activity has been scientifically proven to boost your immune system. Researchers at Wilkes University have concluded that having sex just twice a week increases your antibody levels, which helps fight the common cold and infections.

Healthy Sex Life = Healthy Heart - no doubt sex is a stress reliever, but true story: men and women who engage in sexual activity on a consistent basis, as opposed to those who abstain, have healthier stress levels and lower blood pressure. Regular sex has been proven to improve circulation, combat heart disease and improve cholesterol levels.

Natural Analgesic - sex is a pain reliever? Yes, it is! Did you know that just before an orgasm the human body releases up to six times its normal amount of a hormone called oxytocin? As a result of the hormonal rush, the body releases endorphins that soothe headaches, muscle aches and everyday aches and pains.

Fights Prostate Cancer - in order to climax, a man’s prostate is responsible for producing the ejaculatory fluids. Some urologists argue the notion that men who don’t ejaculate often are more likely to develop cancer of the prostate. A study conducted by the British Journal of Urology International believes that men in their 20’s can potentially lessen their chances of developing cancer by a third, provided they ejaculate at least five times a week.

Fun Fitness - you can burn up to 200 calories having sex for 30 minutes. So let’s do some quick math: 30 minutes of sex, 5 times a week, 200 calories. That’s 1000 calories burned in two and a half hours. But if you’re the type to go a little longer … okay let’s do some more math: 45 minutes, 6 times a week, 300 calories. That’s a total of 1,800 calories in four and a half hours. Not bad, right? But let’s not forget the muscle toning that comes along with those positions that keep you working.

Improves Pelvic Floor Muscles - women have long heard of Kegel exercises but lots are skeptic. The theory is by trying to stop the flow urine for three seconds it keeps vaginal and pelvic muscles tight and toned. Here’s the deal, if women did a few Kegel squeezes during sex and randomly through the day, not only will the pelvic floor become stronger, sex will be more pleasurable for her and him!

Organic Sleep Agent - okay, so men should not be the only ones falling asleep after a good seductive session, women should too! According to many sexual research studies, the oxytocin the body releases during the climax is known to induce deep sleep! Good sleep and body rest is absolutely vital for good health! Orgasms promote complete relaxation! So fellas, if your lady is wide awake while you’re snoozing, she might have faked it!

And there it is! Moral of the story: Sex does a body good so have more of it!don't break anything now...lol...

Will ANYONE buy this?

Vanilla Ice aka Robert Van Winkle revealed that he will be releasing a new album entitled WTF saying:

"It's called WTF for a reason, and you will understand that reason when you hear it. It has everything from techno to hip-hop to country to acoustic. It will blow you away!"

Vanilla Ice is even playing a stage at Glastonbury Festival this summer in the UK.

WTF is right!

Dear Ricky Martin, You Didn’t Have To Write A Book To Tell Us You Were Gay!

While it might seem like coming out the closet should be as simple as just saying, “I’m Gay,” apparently it’s just not that simple for certain celebrities who have been denying the obvious since adolescent superstardom. Take Ricky Martin for example, who now that he’s writing a book, decided to make his long overdue coming out declaration via a six paragraph letter on his website. Pop the hood for the particulars.

A few months ago I decided to write my memoirs, a project I knew was going to bring me closer to an amazing turning point in my life. From the moment I wrote the first phrase I was sure the book was the tool that was going to help me free myself from things I was carrying within me for a long time. Things that were too heavy for me to keep inside. Writing this account of my life, I got very close to my truth. And this is something worth celebrating.

For many years, there has been only one place where I am in touch with my emotions fearlessly and that’s the stage. Being on stage fills my soul in many ways, almost completely. It’s my vice. The music, the lights and the roar of the audience are elements that make me feel capable of anything. This rush of adrenaline is incredibly addictive. I don’t ever want to stop feeling these emotions. But it is serenity that brings me to where I’m at right now. An amazing emotional place of comprehension, reflection and enlightenment. At this moment I’m feeling the same freedom I usually feel only on stage, without a doubt, I need to share.

Many people told me: “Ricky it’s not important”, “it’s not worth it”, “all the years you’ve worked and everything you’ve built will collapse”, “many people in the world are not ready to accept your truth, your reality, your nature”. Because all this advice came from people who I love dearly, I decided to move on with my life not sharing with the world my entire truth. Allowing myself to be seduced by fear and insecurity became a self-fulfilling prophecy of sabotage. Today I take full responsibility for my decisions and my actions.

If someone asked me today, “Ricky, what are you afraid of?” I would answer “the blood that runs through the streets of countries at war…child slavery, terrorism…the cynicism of some people in positions of power, the misinterpretation of faith.” But fear of my truth? Not at all! On the contrary, It fills me with strength and courage. This is just what I need especially now that I am the father of two beautiful boys that are so full of light and who with their outlook teach me new things every day. To keep living as I did up until today would be to indirectly diminish the glow that my kids where born with. Enough is enough. This has to change. This was not supposed to happen 5 or 10 years ago, it is supposed to happen now. Today is my day, this is my time, and this is my moment.

These years in silence and reflection made me stronger and reminded me that acceptance has to come from within and that this kind of truth gives me the power to conquer emotions I didn’t even know existed.

What will happen from now on? It doesn’t matter. I can only focus on what’s happening to me in this moment. The word “happiness” takes on a new meaning for me as of today. It has been a very intense process. Every word that I write in this letter is born out of love, acceptance, detachment and real contentment. Writing this is a solid step towards my inner peace and vital part of my evolution.

I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man. I am very blessed to be who I am.

Oh those gays… such a flair for dramatics!!!

Now you tell us — was all that really necessary? Ricky boo, we been known your “truth” but thanks for sharing babe.

"When the draw for the Champions League quarter final was made, a groan would have gone up from the Bayern Munich corner; a tie against one of Europe's in-form teams was not what they had wanted.

The Germans host Manchester United on Tuesday hoping to exact revenge for the 1999 Champions League final - one of European football's most iconic matches, and one where United robbed Bayern with two injury time goals, which on the balance of play were undeserved.

Bayern boss Louis Van Gaal claimed on Monday that his side are not scared of United, despite Sir Alex Ferguson's men hoping to secure their eighth straight victory."

Who is your best?

Spoken Words

She likes her fiction-by Bilal

She likes her fiction
Lightly seasoned with facts
Smacked his face
Not to increase friction
But for the pause of dramatic effect

She likes his temper
Heated but never burned
Ego is melted in her swelter
He learns to simmer down
And wait his turn

She likes the struggle
With sips of power play
While holding pieces of his puzzle
Turns yesterday into today

She likes to bring up past failures
His knees buckle and he staggers
Under the weight of added pressure

She likes to see stars
Aggravated by instigation
Until he takes her on a trip
to the constellations
Passing Venus and Mars

Above all, she loves the victim
Told the cops. “Wait…I hit him.”
So he could be set free
She likes the game
To be played in public
For all the world to see
