Dar es Salaam Mei 31, 2011: Tamasha la Nyama Choma litafanyika siku ya jumamosi tarehe 4 juni, kuanzia saa tano na nusu asubuhi hadi saa kumi na moja jioni.

Tamasha hili, linakusudia kukuza mahusiano ya kijamii, ukizingatia kwamba nyama choma ni kitoweo kinachopendwa na watanzania wengi, na hivyo hukutanisha watu kutoka makundi yote ndani ya jamii.

Nia kuu, ni kusherehekea kitoweo hiki maarufu, na kuendeleza mahusiano, lakini pia kusaidia wenzetu ndani ya jamii Nusu ya fedha itatolewa kwa njia ya msaada na fedha kwa wenzetu waliokumbwa na maafa ya mabomu ya gongo la mboto.

Tamasha hili linatarajia kufanyika kila mwaka, na limejisajiliwa Brela kama biashara chini ya kanuni na sheria za kampuni na biashara Tanzania. Kila tamasha hili zaidi ya kuwaleta watu pamoja, pia litaangalia jamii yetu ina tatizo gani kwa wakati huo na jinsi gani tunaweza kuwasaidia wenzetu.

Kutakuwa na burudani ya muziki kutoka kwa DJ maarufu hapa mjini Dar es Salaam, Bonny Luv, pamoja na michezo ya watoto.

Tamasha hili limedhaminiwa na bia ya Safari Lager, Kinywaji laini cha Coca Cola, na mvinyo wa Dodoma Wine, ambao ndio wamewezesha matayarisho ya tamasha hili.

Baadhi ya sehemu za nyama choma zitazokuwepo ni pamoja na Rose Garden, Fya Tanga, Tanzanian Garden, GBF,Jolly’s Club, Kisumo Bar, Nguruko Bar, Lyimo’s Mbuzi Corner Bar, T-Boners na Kwa Mfojo Bar.

1. Usafi na kanuni za afya lazima zizingatiwe kwa vyovyote, kutakuwa na afisa afya atayekagua mabanda yote na kuhakikisha vyakula vyote vinatayarishwa kwa hali ya usafi, endapo utakutwa unapuuzia hili, utatolewa kama mshiriki bila kurudishiwa kodi ya banda.

2. Mshiriki anatakiwa kufika kwenye tamasha na vitendea kazi vyote vya matayarisho, vikiwemo vyombo vya kuhifadhia chakula na vya kuuzia wateja.

Rihanna Happy Chris Brown’s Restraining Order Has Expired By Kenrya Rankin The singer eased restriction to make Brown’s life easier.

Rihanna revealed her feelings about Chris Brown’s relaxed probation order in her Rolling Stone cover story. She says she agreed to let the judge ease the order because she didn’t want their personal issues to continue to affect his career.

"It doesn’t mean we’re gonna make up, or even talk again. It just means I didn’t want to object to the judge,” Rihanna said. “We don’t have to talk ever again in my life. I just didn’t want to make it more difficult for him professionally. What he did was a personal thing—it had nothing to do with his career. Saying he has to be a hundred feet away from me, he can’t perform at awards shows—that definitely made it difficult for him.”

Last month, the judge removed the provision of Brown’s probation that requires him to stay 50 yards away from the pop singer (10 yards during industry events). The revised order will be in affect until August 2014.

An author hoping to score $100 million from Oprah Winfrey has had his request rebuffed by a federal judge in Pennsylvania.

Charles Harris sued the talk show host and cable network owner in 2008. In his complaint, Harris says he sent 10 copies of his book, How America Elects Her Presidents, toThe Oprah Winfrey Show after Oprah lent her support to Barack Obama’s presidential campaign. Harris says despite following up with several inquires he never got a response.

However, on the February 16, 2009 addition of Oprah’s talk show, she allegedly read aloud exact questions included in his book.

The episode – entitled "Oprah's Search For The Smartest and Most Talented Kids" – featured Oprah and one of her guests discussing a number of questions, including which president was the fattest.

Six-year-old graham correctly answered “William Taft” and Harris subsequently filed suit for copyright infringement.

In response, the Hollywood Reporter says lawyers for Oprah argued that had Harris read the public transcript of the show, he would have realized that none of his questions were read aloud with the “arguable exception of one” concerning the heaviest president in history.

U.S. District Court Judge Jan DuBois ruled that even if Oprah did learn the tidbit about Taft from Harris’ book, it is not an infringement.

Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg answers mobile rumours

Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg has responded to rumours that the company is planning to launch its own mobile phone.

He told delegates at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona to expect multiple devices built around the social network.

However, he appeared to dismiss the idea of a Facebook-branded handset.

It had been speculated that the company was working with a major manufacturer, as Google did on its Nexus phones.

"A lot has been made about a single Facebook phone," said Mr Zuckerberg.

"But this year, you can expect to see dozens of phones with much deeper social integration than we have so far."

He was referring to the Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) provided by Facebook that allow phone manufacturers to build social networking into their operating systems.

Pushing a software solution, rather than getting into the hardware business is the right approach for Facebook, according to Gareth Beavis, mobile editor at Techradar.com.

"It gives operators and brands the opportunity to shape the system as they see fit," he said.

Mr Beavis said he thought that Facebook integration would prove a strong selling point for cheaper smartphones, which lack the sophisticated features of higher-end devices.
Social devices

Facebook plans to continue extending its presence within the mobile world.

"Phones are inherently social devices and the industry is just beginning to discover what's possible," said Mr Zuckerberg.

According to figures from comScore, 30.8% of users accessing social networking did so from smartphones in January 2011.

For owners of lower-end non-smartphones the figure was just 6.8%.

Moves are being made to bring the social networking expecience to those more basic handsets.

Also at Mobile World Congress, Dutch security firm Gemalto launched a Facebook Sim card, designed to work in any GSM phone.

The enhanced chip brings basic features such as status updating and Facebook messaging.

It works by translating social networking updates into 160-character text messages.

The system does not require a mobile internet connection and could help extend access across the developing world.

Silvio Berlusconi faces Ruby sex charge trial in April

Italian PM Silvio Berlusconi has been indicted to stand trial on charges of paying for sex with an under-age girl and abuse of power.

Examining judge Cristina Di Censo said the process would start on 6 April, after prosecutors in Milan asked for an immediate trial.

Mr Berlusconi denies paying for sex with Karima El Mahroug when she was 17.

He also rejects claims that he abused his power by seeking her release when she was detained in another case.

He has called the accusations "groundless" and dismissed the case as a farce.

Mr Berlusconi does, however, acknowledge that he called the police while she was being held on suspicion of theft.

He said he was doing a favour for the then-Egyptian leader, Hosni Mubarak, because Mr Berlusconi was told the girl was Mr Mubarak's granddaughter.

Ms Mahroug, widely known as Ruby and now aged 18, has denied sleeping with the prime minister but has said she received 7,000 euros (£5,900, $9,400) from him as a gift after one of his parties.

On Sunday, hundreds of thousands of Italian women held nationwide protests against their embattled prime minister in more than 60 towns and cities across Italy and overseas.
Payments to women?

Mr Berlusconi's fast-track trial in front of three female judges will start at a court in Milan at 0930 on Wednesday 6 April, the judge announced.

If convicted, the prime minister could face up to 15 years in prison.

These are some of the most serious allegations Mr Berlusconi has faced during his long career, says the BBC's Duncan Kennedy in Rome. He faces three other court cases, but this is the first time he will face trial over his personal conduct.

The billionaire tycoon's lawyers have argued that the judge does not have the power to order the trial.

Although frequenting prostitutes is not a crime in Italy, having sex with one under the age of 18 is an offence that commands a prison sentence.

The prosecutors had submitted two sets of documents detailing the evidence against Mr Berlusconi. They allegedly included proof that payments were made by his aides to a "significant number" of young women, including Miss Mahroug.

Last month, Italy's Constitutional Court amended a law granting members of the government temporary immunity from prosecution. The court decided that individual judges should be allowed to decide whether ministers should be tried while in office.
'Not a brothel'

Sunday's protests had a title - Se non ora, quando? (If not now, when?) - designed to express the frustration of those Italian women who are asking what it will take for Mr Berlusconi to resign, says our correspondent.

Some women carried banners reading "Italy is not a brothel", and said Mr Berlusconi had demeaned women with his recent sex scandals.

Rome's Piazza del Popolo - or People's Square - was crammed with tens of thousands of women and some men in an act of solidarity.

Despite all the recent negative publicity, Mr Berlusconi's opinion poll ratings are still at around 35%.

The billionaire prime minister also retains the support of his governing coalition allies, the Northern League, who do not want to see him quit, adds our correspondent.
